Self Finance students will pay all charges/fund other than tuition fee. They will pay Lump sum amount of Rs. 250,000 for four year program and Rs. 300,000 for five years program against tuition fee in advance with admission form. Any error or omission in above could not be claimed as right by the candidate and will settle at the time of deposit.

First year foundation course students are required to register at the beginning of the academic year. Failure to complete registration formalities at the appropriate time, including payment of tuition fee and charges, or LER agreement, may lead to cancellation of the University enrolment. At registration all students are issued a student identity card and student lockers, which are available in the University

Learn-Earn-Return (LER) Fee Paying Program

University of Art and Culture has visualized a unique program to cater the art, design, architecture, film, and theatre and culture education with a learn-earn-return (LER) fee paying program. The interested students are admitted to the University through this program who are unable to afford the fees for their education, residence and the other living expenses. Pakistan Workers Institute has developed an Endowment Fund to give the required payment to submit for their fees, and monthly stipend for lodging, boarding, food and laundry to live as an autonomous and free individual. The total remittance borrowed through this program will be returned by the students within four years of the time after his successful qualification. This program aims to produce a high moral valued-creative and responsible individual in the society.

Admission tests on the basis of open merit for this program are identical to those conducted for other students. An equally high merit in the test is required to qualify for admission as a learn-earn-return (LER) fee paying student under the learn-earn-return (LER) fee paying program. The fee for the length of the course will be paid after four years of successful qualification of the degree.

Regular Fee Paying Program

Apart from the special admission (LER) program, students are admitted to the University as regular fee paying students, which basis upon the admission fees, tuition fees, transports fees, library, sports and other admissible fees. Admission tests on the basis of open merit for this program are identical to those conducted for other students. An equally high merit in the test is required to qualify for admission as a regular fee paying student under the regular fee paying program. The fee for the length of the course will be paid monthly or six monthly basis.

Full Fee Paying/ Self Finance Program

Apart from the special and general admission policy, a number of students are admitted to the University as full fee paying/self finance students. Admission tests on the basis of open merit for this program are identical to those conducted for other students. An equally high merit in the test is required to qualify for admission as a full-fee paying/self finance student under the full-fee paying/self finance program. The full tuition fee for the length of the course for at Rs. 250,000/= will be paid at the time of admission. These fees are non refundable in case a student is disqualified in the first or second year; expelled; or the voluntary discontinuation of the course on part of the student for whatever reason at any stage of his/her studies. In addition to the tuition fee stated above, students will be required to pay other dues and student charges.

Tuition fee and other charges

Unless otherwise stated, the fees and other charges are not refundable even if the students withdraw from the University or are struck off the University rolls. Absence from the University will not be accepted as an excuse for non-payment of dues, fees shall be charged on the basis of the respective financial year on a monthly or half yearly basis. The hundred percent attendances are mandatory for the students who are enrolled in University through Learn-Earn-Return (LER) Fee Paying Program or Full Fee Paying/Self Finance Program, wherein seventy five percent attendances are mandatory for students who are enrolled in the University through Regular Fee Paying Program.

Identity Card Hostel Applicable to all

All regular students of the University are issued identity cards upon their enrolment in the first year; students obtain identity cards from the University office. Identity cards are renewed at the commencement of each academic session. If an identity card is lost, a duplicate can be obtained. On any account identity cards must be returned to the University office by the students when leaving the University, otherwise their refundable securities shall be forfeited. Hostel Accommodation is available upon request. Hostel Fee information and challan can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the University.

Students applying for the undergraduate degree program must convince the University of their ability to pay the fee or sign the affidavit of Learn-Earn-Return (LER) fee paying program. Students applying for the full fee paying/ self finance program must submit the fee in shape of pay order after successful admission in the University. The University reserves the right to make changes in the fee structure at any time.

The University prefers to offer the admission on priority to Learn-Earn-Return (LER) fee paying program.
